3 images of choice
Font of choice (I used Secret Recipe)

I used the wonderful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste the Grunged background as a new layer. Copy and paste the triple frame over as a new layer.
3. Open your selected images in PSP. Copy and paste your first image as a new layer and move it down under the frame layer.
4. Move your image into position resizing if necessary, selections invert,using your freehand selection tool, select any that is outside the frame and hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Repeat this step for the next 2 images.
5. Copy and paste the flower as a new layer. I resized by 80% twice.Place into position. Colorise to suit. Duplicate, image mirror, place on the other side of your frame. Add a drop shadow of choice.
6. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, save as a .jpg and your all done
