I used the beautiful art of Steve Baier. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers. Image, resize by 90%.
2. Copy and paste frame 1 as a new layer and resize by 20%. Add a drop shadow of choice. Using your magic wand, select the inside of your frame, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer and resize by 20%. Move this layer under the frame layer, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none.
3. Make the frame layer active, duplicate, and on the original, not the duplicate, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10. Effects, VM Extravaganza - Transmission - width 30, all other settings leave as they are. Effects, Xenofex 2 - Constellation with the following settings
Star Size - 3
Size Variation - 4
Edge Star Density - 1
Overall Star Density - 2
Overdrive - 100
Twinkle Amount - 60
Twinkle Roatation - 45 degrees
Keep Original Image Ticked
4. Make the top layer active now. Copy and paste layer 7 from the Diamond Stars tube as a new layer. Colourise to suit your tube. Effects, Mura's Meister - Copies with the following settings.
5. Copy and paste the small diamond as a new layer. Effects, Mura's Meister - Copies with the following settings
6. Move this layer below the word art layer. Make the top layer active now. Copy and paste bow 1 as a new layer and resize by 15%. Move it more into the centre and lower the opacity to around 50 so that you can see where you need to delete the ribbon. Once you have deleted the excess, put the opacity back up to 100%. Add a drop shadow of choice.
7. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice. I used Xero - Radiance on my tube to brighten it up a bit lol. I only changed the strangeness to 0, all other settings I left alone.
8. Copy and paste the heart key as a new layer and place over your tube. Lower the opacity so you can see better the areas you need to delete. Once happy, put the opacity back to 100%.
9. Copy and paste the small 'Angels Love' as a new layer. Place it in the centre of your heart. Effects, 3D effects, cutout with the following settings.
Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 100
Blur - 3
Shadow colour - #53303d
Fill interior with colour - unchecked.
10. Add your copyright information, watermark, and name, copy merged, paste into animation shop as a new animation.
11. Hold down Ctrl Alt and hit L on your keyboard until you have 8 frames. open up your animation, edit, select all, copy. Back on your tag, edit select all, Hold down Ctrl and hit E on your keyboard to paste your animation onto your canvas. I mirrored the animation and added one to the other side, but this is optional.
View your animation, save asa gif, and you're all done.
