I used the beautiful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a licence to use art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.

2. Add a new raster layer and fill with a dark colour from your tube. Apply a mask to this layer. Delete the mask in your layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

3. Add another new raster layer and fill with a lighter colour from your tube. Apply a different mask to this layer, again, delete and anwer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers. Adjust, add-remove noise- add noise - Uniform - 35

4. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer and duplicate. On the original, not the duplicate, Effects, Toadies - What Are You - X+Y both set to 20. Make the top frame layer active and copy and paste the words as a new layer. Place into position.

5. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and add any drop shadows. Duplicate and resize by 90%. Move under your original tube and move it to one side of the inner frame. Duplicate and image mirror. Merge these 2 tube layers visible.

6. Make the frame layer active and with your magic wand, click inside the inner rectangle, selections invert, make your smaller tubes layer active and hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none.

7. Change the properties of this layer to screen and lower the opacity to 80% or so.

8. Copy and paste the cuff and move it to the side of your main tube. Duplicate, image mirror. Bring your tube to the top.

9. Copy and paste the dotted line as a new layer, place at the top, duplicate, image - flip.

10. Select some Indian Grass, copy and paste as a new layer and duplicate as many times as you like, or use different ones. Colorise to suit.

11. Copy and paste one of Melissas bows and place at one of the corners. Copy and paste the Baton as a new layer.

12. Grab your pen tool set to colour black, width 2 line style - dot and draw out some lines around the frame. Convert to raster.

13. Add your name and convert to raster, I added a gradient glow to this, along with a drop shadow, but thats optional. Add your copyright information, and watermark and copy merged.

14. Open up animation shop and paste your tag as a new animation.

15. Hit shift, ctrl and L on your keyboard to duplicate this layer until you have 8 frames.

16. Open up the black twinks, edit, select all, on your tag, edit, select all, hit ctrl and E on your keyboard to paste the twinks into your tag. Repeat this step if you want more twinks on your tag.

17. Save as a gif and your all done.
