I used the beautiful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer resize if necessary and add your drop shadow of choice. I resized mine by 60%
3. Make your bottom layer active, grab your preset shape tool set to circle, outer null, inner a colour from your tube,
draw out a smallish circle, objects, align, center in canvas. Convert to raster. Repeat this step 2 more times each
time making the next circle a little smaller than the last. Make your center one a darker colour, and your smallest
one, the same as the largest.
4. Hide your top and bottom layers, merge visible. Unhide your layers and add a drop shadow. Duplicate your circle
layer and on the original, adjust, blur, radial blur with a strenth of 50. Effects, VM Toolbox - Grid with the default settings.
5. With your magic wand, click inside the white lines of the grid, layers, new raster layer, fill this with a dark
colour from your tube. Selections, select none. Layers, new mask layer, from image, in the drop down box, select my mask.
Delete the mask and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers. Resize by 80%
6. Make your cirlce layer active, grab your preset shape tool again, set it to a star shape, outer null, inner, a darkish colour from your tube.
Draw out a star alittle bigger than the circle, obejects, align, center in canvas. Convert to raster.
7. Effects, 3d effects, inner bevel with the following settings

8. Effects, penta.com - color dot with the following settings
Value - 90
Distance - 10
All color settings - 255
9. Grab your raster deform tool and tilt slightly to the left. Add a drop shadow.
10 Move your tube up slightly if you need to, grab your preset shape tool again set to rectangle, draw out a long
rectangle shape at the bottom end of the circle, convert to raster. Repeat the penta.com color dot effect on this layer.
Effects, Xenofex 2 - burnt edges, default settings, but change the colour to one to suit your ribbon. Make the circle layer active now,
selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat, selections invert, make the ribbon layer active and hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections, select none. Add a drop shadow.
11. Make your circle layer active and click inside the darker circle with your magic wand, effects, 3d effects,
inner bevel with the same settings as before. Effects, penta.com - color dot, same settings as before,
add a drop shadow of choice. Deselect.
12. Copy and paste a doodle of choice and place it under your top circle layer and to the right. Grab the preset shape tool again
set to star and draw out some small stars. Add the same inner bevel as before and the same penta.com color dot
effects as we used before also. Add a drop shadow and place them into position. I placed 2 of mine under the small
ribbon layer and moved them until the looked like they were popping out from behind the ribbon.
13. Make the top layer active and copy and paste my twisty ribbon as a new layer. Colorise to suit and move into
position. Add a new raster layer and apply my brush or another of choice using a dark colour. I sized my brush to 200 before using it.
14. Add a new raster layer and place it above the white layer in the layers palette, apply any grungy brushes of choice in a lgiht colour, reduce the opacity if you have to.
15. Add your copyright information, watermark and name and your all done.
