I used the beautiful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white. Copy and paste the masked layer as a new layer.
2. Copy and paste the template as a new layer. Copy and paste the barb wire heart as a new layer. Grab the raster deform tool, use this to make the heart bigger. I also tilted one side of it with the raster deform tool.
3. Delete some of the heart so it looks like it's wrapped around the template.
4. Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize...settings I used - Hue - 169 - saturation - 73
5. Copy and paste the red flower line as a new layer and place it under the template, see mine for reference.
6. Copy and paste some cherries as new layers and when happy with their placement, hide all other layers and merge visible. Resize by 80%.
7. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.
8. Add your name using a font of choice, convert to raster. Add a gradient glow of width - 3 and colour of choice. Repeat this step then add a drop shadow of choice.
9. Add the copyright information and watermark, save as a jpeg and your all done.
