Supplies needed

Tube of choice
Font of choice (I used Al Serenade)
Mura's Meister - Copies
Filter Factory V - Ommadawn
Screen Works - Lace Screen
Bow and Flower by Mellisa at Sentimental Style Supplied

I used the beautiful art of Andy Screen aka Anjara. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. Copy and paste my Xmas stars as a new layer. Grab your preset shape tool set to circle, outer black, inner a colour of choice, line width - 2, draw out a large circle to fit inside my stars, objects, align, center in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow. Effects, Screenworks - Lace Screen.

3. Duplicate this layer, and on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10. Effects, Filter Factory V - Ommadawn with the default settings. Effects, edge effects, enhance.

4. Make the top layer active, grab your preset shape tool again, and change the inner colour to a different colour from your tube, draw out a circle to fit inside the large one, see mine to get an idea of the size. Effects, texture effects, blinds - Width - 4 Opacity - 20 colour - black Horizontal and light from top both checked.

5. Copy and paste my small baubles as a new layer, effects, Mura's Meister - Copies. In the preset menu, look for encircle. You will need to play around with the settings to get the baubles to be where you want them.

6. Copy and paste the Holly as a new layer and resize by 70%, place at the top of the circle. Adjust, sharpen, and add a drop shadow.

7. Grab your preset shape tool set to rectangle, inner the same colour as your large circle, outer black, line width - 2, draw out a small rectangle, small enough to fit inside the circle, see mine for reference. Objects, align, center in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow. Effects, Screenworks - Lace Screen. Place some wording in here, I used 'Deck The Halls' Convert to raster.

8. Copy and paste Mellisa's bow as a new layer, colourise to suit and resize by around 80%. Copy and paste Mellisa's flower as a new layer, colourise to suit and resize by around 40% and place on top of the bow. Layers, merge down, adjust, sharpness, sharpen. Move to one side of the rectangle, duplicate, image, mirror.

9. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, add a drop shadow of choice. Copy and paste my baubles again and scatter some at the bottom of the tag.

10 Add your copyright information, watermark, and name, and you're all done. Thanks for trying my tutorial
