I used the beautiful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use art which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 500x500 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer. Layers, new mask layer,
from image.Look for my mask in the drop down menu, make sure all other little boxes in the
pop up window are UNCHECKED, and click OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer
yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.
3. Copy and paste frame 7 as a new layer and resize by 75%.
4. Using youir magic wand, select the area inside the frame. Selections, modify, expand by 10.
Copy and paste paper . Move this layer under the frame layer. Selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard.
Copy and paste a tube/image of choice as a new layer. Once happy with the position,
hit delete on your keyboard, selection, select none. Change the properties of this layer to Hard Light.
5. Make the top layer active by clicking on it in the layers palette. Copy and paste a small embelishment of choice.
I used a small tube that was attatched with my main tube. Effects, Mura Meister - Copies. I used the following setting,
but your's may be different delending on the size of the embelishment.

Move this layer down until it sits above your mask layer.
6. Make the top layer active again, copy and paste on of the leaves with flowers as a new layer and resize by 50%.
Move over to the right side of your frame.
7. Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer and resize if needed. I resized mine by 75%. Add a drop shadow of choice.
8. Add some wording of choice. I used some word art which you can find on my blog if needed. It's in WordArtMix5.
I added a gradient glow to mine, but this is optional.
9. Add your copyright information ,watermark and name, save as a .jpg, and you're all done.
