Supplies needed

Tube of choice
font of choice (I used Barbara Hand)
Animation shop
Eyecandy 4000 gradient glow - Optional
Template,Bow,Diamond here
Ribbon and embelishments of choice

I used the beautiful art of Barbara Jensen, you must purchase a licence to use her art, which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open up the template in PSP alog with your tube of choice.

2. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice or a gradient glow.

3. Copy and paste your ribbon as a new layer, using your freehand selection tool, take off the bits that are overlapping your moon layer, I added a gradient glow again.

4. Add some embelishments of choice to your ribbon.

5. Unhide your bow layer and bring it to the top, place where you think it looks good, I resized by 50%, unhide your diamond layer and bring that to the top, duplicate as many times as you need and space them out along the ribbon.

6. Hide your tube layer and merge visible, bring your tube back to the top, but do not unhide yet, now add your copyright information, your watermark and your name.

Time to animate

1. copy and paste the tag into animation shop as a new animation, effects, insert image effect, choose underwater with the following settings.



2. Go back to frame 1 and delete this frame.

3. Back into PSP and copy your tube, paste this into animation shop as a new animation.

4. On your tube hit Alt Ctrl and L on your keyboard until you have 10 frames, edit select all, copy, click on your tag and edit select all also.

5. Hit Ctrl and E on your keyboard, this puts your tube into every frame for you, no need to change the frame properties as it looks good as it is, your all done
