I used the beautiful art of Carlos Diez. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open up a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste the Gold Digger Centre as a new layer. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer. Make the bottom layer active, add a new raster layer and fill with a dark colour. Layers, new mask layer, from image, look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.
3. Duplicate the mask layer and on the original, effects, VM Extravaganza - Transmission with the following settings.
Line Width - 5
Offset - 0
Contrast - 40
4. Make the frame layer active now, copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice. Using your selection tool set to rectangle, delete part of one of her legs so she looks like she's striding the frame. Using your freehand selection tool, delete any parts of her legs that are outside of the circle, see mine for reference.
5. Copy and paste the Gold gold digger text as a new layer and place at the bottom of the frame. Duplicate and place at the top. Place both these layers under your tube. Copy and paste the black gold digger text as a new layer, it should already be in place once you paste it.
6. Copy and paste the hanging Gold-Digger emblem as a new layer and place inside one side of the frame. Duplicate and place at the other side.
7. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.
8. Make the duplicated mask layer active now, effects, xenofex 2 - Constellation, under settings tab, look for small star field and change the star size to 3, also check the 'make selection transparent' box. Hit ok, copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Back into PSP, undo the constellation effect, redo, but hit the random seed button, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Repeat this step another time to give you 3 frames. View your animation, save as a gif and your all done.
