Mask, frame, word art and tag back, made by myself. These are not to be used in any other tutorials without my permission.

I used the beautiful art of Anthony Guerra. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

3. Duplicate the masked layer, and working with the original, effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings:

Slice size - 3
Offset - 2
Blend - 50
Horizontal checked

Lower the opacity to around 20 or so. Image, rotate, free rotate, left by 23 degrees.

4. Make the top layer active, copy and paste the frame as a new layer. Effects, Toadies - What Are You, X and Y dose both set to 8.

5. Copy and paste my tag back as a new layer. Copy and paste the word art as a new layer, layers, new mask layer, from image, apply my mask again to this layer. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked, ungroup layers.

6. Copy and paste the frame again as a new layer. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize if necessary. Add a drop shadow of choice.

7. Copy and paste the ribbon as a new layer and colourise to suit your tag. Duplicate it and hide the top one for now. Make the frame layer active, selections, select all, selections float, selections, defloat, make the bottom ribbon layer active, selections invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

8. Unhide the top ribbon layer and using your freehand selection tool, delete any excess from the sides that are overhanging the frame, but leave the bow intact.

9. Add your copyright information, watermark and name at this point. you can save as is, or move on with me and animate, it's up to you.

10. Make the tube layer active and using your freehand selection tool, select some areas of the hair, and other parts if you like, effects, DSB Flux - Bright Noise. Intensity - 35, hit mix once. Deselect, copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Back into PSP, hit undo twice, redo the bright noise, but this time, hit mix twice. Deselect, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

11. Back into PSP and repeat the last step again, but hit mix three times. Bring it back to Animation shop and paste after current frame. Save as a gif and you're all done. Thanks for trying my tutorial
