I used the beautiful art of Rion Vernon. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice (I used #ac0e0f). Layers, new mask layer, from image, look for my mask in the drop down box and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

2. Grab your preset shape tool set to circle, outer white, inner colour you used previously, line width - 2, draw out a small circle that fits just inside the circle from the masked layer leaving the border for the animation later. Objects, align, center in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow of choice.

3. Copy and paste my Dotted Circle as a new layer. Copy and paste the arrow circle as a new layer. Grab your preset shape tool again, same settings as before, and draw out another circle, this time, small enough to fit inside both styled lines. Objects, align, center in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow.

4. With your magic wand, click inside the smaller circle, effects, penta.com - dots and crosses with the following settings

Amount - 255
Cross distance - 10
Cross width - 7

5. Selections, select none. Copy and paste the gifts as a new layer and move down a bit. Copy and paste the fern as a new layer, resize by 60% and image mirror. Place it to the top right of the larger circle. Effects, eye candy 5 - nature - under the settings tab, click, Dusting, Heavy. Add a drop shadow.

6. Copy and paste the single rose as a new layer, resize by 80% and add a drop shadow. Copy and paste the text as a new layer and place at the bottom under the gifts,. see mine for reference if needed. Copy and paste the holly as a new layer and move slightly to the left.

7. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer. I resized mine by 80%. Add a drop shadow of choice. Copy and paste Anita's doodle as a new layer, resize by 40% and move to the bottom, just above the white layer. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.

8. Make the masked layer the active layer and copy and paste the Double circle as a new layer. Effects, xenofex 2 - constellation, in the settings tab, look for 'bling bling' , check the 'make selection transparent' box and hit ok. Copy merged and paste into aniamtion shop as a new animation. Back into PSP and undo the 'bling' effect. Redo, but hit random seed once. Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Back in PSP, undo and redo again, hitting random seed again.

9. View your animation and adjust the frame properties if you prefer, save as a gif, and your all done.
