I Believe

Supplies needed

Tube of choice
Font of choice (I used Luvable)
Mask of choice (I have supplied my masked layer if you want to use that)
Ribbon Rider purchased here
My Supplies here (do not use in another tutorial without my permission)
Embelishments of choice
Twinks here
Animation shop

I used the wonderful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour to compliment your tube, apply a mask of choice to this layer, delete the mask, and answer yes to the question asked. Or you can copy and paste the mask layer I provided.

3. Copy and paste the scrap papers over as new layers and position them where you like.

4. Copy and paste the little frame as a new layer and place to the right of your tag.

5. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, place it so it's sitting in your frame, I resized mine by 60% and added a drop shadow.

6. Copy and paste the 'I Believe' scraps as a new layer and place this at the left of your little frame. I moved this layer under my tube so her wings were above it.

7. Add any embelishments of choice, I used a ribbon rider and some stars. I have provided the stars.

8. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, copy merged.

9. Paste into animation shop as a new animation. Hold down ctrl and alt on your keyboard and hit the letter L until you have 8 frames.

10. Open the twinks in animation shop, edit select all, copy, back on your tag, edit select all, hit ctrl and E on your keyboard.

11. Keep hitting ctrl and E to add as many twinks as you like to your tag, save as a gif and your all done.
