I used the wonderful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, move it up a little bit towards the top of your canvas.
3. Copy and paste the floor template as a new layer, duplicate, move the duplicate up slightly...see mine for reference. Copy and paste the word 'LOVE' place on top of the top floor layer.
4. Make your bottom layer active, copy and paste one of the papers as a new layer. Make your frame layer active and with your magic wand, click inside the 2 rectangles.
5. Selections, modify, expand by 15, make your paper layer active...selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none.
6. Copy and paste a tube of choice and place it so that you have the bit you want showing in the side of the frame you will work on for now. Grab your selection tool set to rectangle, select an area just outside of the inner rectangle, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none.
7. Adjust, hue and saturation - colorize both set to 0.
8. Repeat the last 2 steps for the other side.
9. Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice. Copy and paste the word art as a new layer if you like and place it wherever you like on your tag.
10. Copy and paste any embelishments to your tag. Once you have all the embelishments you like on it, select your pen tool set to line width 2, colour black, line style dot or one similar. Draw out some lines around your frame inbetween your embelishments. Convert to raster.
11. Add your copyright information, watermark and your name in a font of choice, your all done.
