I used the wonderful art of Viktor Jung. You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste my background over as a new layer. Place it up, and to the right slightly.
3. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, and move her down and to the left slightly, add a drop shadow of choice.
4. Grab your preset shape tool set to rectangle, line width 15, and a colour from your tube, draw out a square and convert to raster.
5. With your magic wand, click inside your frame, selections, modify, expand by 5, copy and paste your tube again as a new layer. Move her until you see the bit you like inside your square, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Layers, merge down and add a drop shadow. Click on your frame, add a new raster layer and add some brushes of choice, selections, select none. Layers, merge down.
6. repeat this another time but this time, make your square smaller and move it down and to the right of your larger square.
7. Grab your preset shape tool, set to star, line width - 0 and inner a colour from your tube, draw out a small star and convert to raster. Adjust, add remove noise, add noise - uniform - 20
8. Effects, Muras meister - Copies - with the following settings.

9. Duplicate this layer, image, mirror, place it over to the right so that it looks like it is opposite your other one.
10. Copy and paste my masked layer over as a new layer and move it under your rectangle layer. Colourise to match your tube.
11. Add your copyright information, watermark and your name and your all done.
