I used the wonderful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste my template as a new layer, colourise if necessary, duplicate, and on the original, image, mirror. Still on the original, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10.
3. Effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings.
Slice - 2
Offset - 3
Blend 50
Horizontal checked.
4. Lower the opacity of this layer to around 30 and resize by 80%.
5. Make your white layer active and add a new raster layer. Fill with a colour from your tube and apply a mask of choice. Delete the mask and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.
6. Copy and paste the lace layer from Melissa's Kit, change the properties of this layer to Overlay.
7. Make your top layer active and add your tube of choice. Add a drop shadow of choice.
8. Copy and paste the large flower from Melissa's Kit and apply a drop shadow of choice. Move this layer under your tube layer.
9. I added 2 of the flowers from the kit and resized and recoloured them and placed them on the stem of the large flower, but this is up to you.
10. Add your copyright information, watermark, and name, save as a .jpg and your all done.
