I used the wonderful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a Licence to use his art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open my supplies in psp, make the bottom layer active and fill white.
2. Duplicate the masked layer, Effects, DSB Flux - Radial Transmission with the following settings
Radial size - 2
Rotation - ( -169)
Blend - 50
3. Grab your preset shape tool, set it to circle, inner - black, outer - null. (make sure it's not set to oval)
4. Draw out a small circle to fit inside the middle circle layer. Do not convert to raster yet, Objects , align, center in canvas. Convert to raster now.
5. Effects, penta.com - Dots and Crosses with the following settings
amount - 72
Cross distance - 3
Cross width - 2
6. Select your magic wand and click inside your small black circle you just drew, effects, image effects, page curl. Play with the settings until you find one you like. Selections, select none.
7. Add a drop shadow of choice.
8. Grab your selection tool set to lasoo, delete the excess of the belt layer from the outside of your circle. Selections, select none.
9. Copy and paste your tube of choice and add a drop shadow of choice.
10. With your font of choice, write out your name in a light colour inside the belt layer and convert to raster.
11. Copy and paste the doodle from Melissa's kit as a new layer and place to the top left of your tag, Duplicate, image mirror, image flip. Add a drop shadow if you prefer.
12. Add your copyright information and watermark, save as a jpeg and your all done.
