I used the beautiful art of Zindy. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x500 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste paper 9 as a new layer. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.
3. Copy and paste the bracket as a new layer. Duplicate, and on the original, not the copy, effects, Xenofex 1 - Shower Door - Dot Size 10
4. Make the top layer active now and click inside the bracket with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 3. Copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections select none. Move this layer under the bracket layer. Duplicate and on the original, effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings.
Slice size - 3
Offset - 4
Blend - 50
Horizontal checked
5. Reduce the opacity of both of these paper layers to 50.
6. Make the top layer active. Copy and paste doodle 2 as a new layer. Place over to the left. Duplicate, image mirror.
7. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer and resize by 80%. Image, rotate, free rotate, left 90 degrees. Add a drop shadow of choice. Copy and paste a tube.image of choice as a new layer and resize as neccessary. Move it under the frame layer. Click inside the centre frame with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 10, selections, invert, make the tube/image layer active, and hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Repeat this step for the next 2 frames.
8. Merge all three tube/image layers together. I colorised mine but this is optional. Duplicate this layer and on the original, effects, DSB Flux, linear transmission with the following settings.
Slice size - 3
Offset - 8
Blend - 50
Horizontal checked
9. Make the top layer active. Open up a paper of choice. Make your text tool active and change the properties to pattern and choose your paper of choice. Write out text of choice. I wrote 'Misterous' after the name of the kit. Convert to raster. effects, eye candy 4000 - gradient glow with the following settings.
Under the basic tab
Glow width - 3
Soft Corners - 25
Overall Opacity - 100
Under the Colour tab, Look for the setting - Fat and hit OK
Repeat this step, then add a drop shadow of choice.
10. Copy and paste a feather of choice as a new layer. image, rotate, free rotate right 90 degrees.
11. Copy and paste a bow of choice as a new layer. Place into position.
12. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, save as a jpeg, and you're all done.
