I used the beautiful art of Jennifer Janesko. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Ungroup layers.

2. Copy and paste frame1 as a new layer and resize by 70%. Add a drop shadow of choice. Click inside the frame with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer and move it under the frame layer. Selecvtions, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Keep selected. Copy and paste your tube/image of choice as anew layer. Place into position and resize if needed, once happy, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none.

3. Copy and paste glitter swirl 2 as a new layer. Resize by 80% and image mirror. Move this under the paper and frame layer. Copy and paste flower 2 as a new layer and place at the top left of your frame. This should be under ther frame and paper layer also, but you'll need to bring it to the top to see what your doing with it, then move it under. Once happy, add a drop shadow of choice, duplicate, image mirror, image flip.

4. Make the top layer active. Copy and paste buckled ribbon 2 as a new layer. Image, rotate, free rotate, right 90 degrees. Move down and to the left slightly, then delete any excess from outside the frame using your freehand selection tool.

5. Copy and paste heart stitches 2 as a new layer. Delete some of it to make it look like its wrapped around your frame.

6. Copy and paste my word art as a new layer. effects, eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow. Add a gradient glow - width - 3, colour of choice.

7. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, save as a jpeg, and you're all done. Thanks for trying my tutorial
