Supplies needed

Tube of choice
Font of choice (I used Airfoil Script)
My supplies - here
(please do not use these in another tutorial without my permission)
Animation Shop
I used the wonderful art of Elias Chatzoudis.

You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. Copy and paste the masked layer over as a new layer.

3. Copy and paste the ring of flowers over as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.

4. Copy and paste the grass layer as a new layer.

5. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and place so it looks like its sitting on the circle of flowers. Add a drop shadow of choice.

6. Copy and paste the cat as a new layer, add a drop shadow of choice. Move this layer under your tube layer.

7. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.

8. Hide all layers except the white background, and the misted layer. Copy merged and paste into animation shop.

9. Effects, insert image effects, underwater with the following settings.



You can change the wave settings to whatever you like. Click on the first layer and delete it, you should now have 9 frames.

10. Back into PSP, unhide all your layers and hide the white background and misted layer, copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation.

11. Duplicate this layer until you have 9 frames, Edit select all, copy, back on your background image, edit, select all, then hit ctrl and E on your keyboard.

12. Save as a gif and your all done.
