I used the beautiful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a licence to use art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.
2. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour from your tube. Apply a mask of choice to this layer. Delete and answer yes to the question asked.
3. Grab your preset shape tool set to circle, outer - white, line width - 10, inner a colour from your tube, draw out a circle in the centre of your canvas. Dont convert to raster just yet...Objects, align, centre in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow of choice. Duplicate and on the original, adjust, blur, radial blur with a strength of 40. Effects, penta.com - dots and crosses with the default settings. Effects, DSB Flux - Linear transmission with the following settings
Slice size - 4
Offset - 3
Blend - 50
Horizontal checked
4. Change the inner colour to white, outer null, draw another smaller circle inside your larger one, Objects, align, centre in canvas, convert to raster. Repeat the linear transmission on this layer.
5. Add the word art provided and centre it as much as possible.
6. Copy and paste the side bars as a new layer and colourise to suit. Move these under your circle layers. Copy and paste a doodle of choice and place it under your larger circle layer.
7. Copy and paste your tube of choice and add a drop shadow. Add a new raster layer and place it above the bottom layer. Add any brushes of choice to this layer.
8. Add your copyright information, name and watermark, save as a jpeg and your all done.
