I used the beautiful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice. I Used #d4b9bc. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

2. Copy and paste flower 4 from Lisa's kit as a new layer and resize by 50%. Mura's Meister - Copies. I used the following settings.



3. resize this layer by 90%.

4. Copy and paste my starred circle as a new layer. Copy and paste my word art as a new layer. Copy and paste the curly ribbons as a new layer. resize by 50% and move to the left.

5. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer. resize if needed and add a drop shadow of choice.

6. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.

7. Make the mask layer active, effects, xenofex 2 - Constellation with the following settings.



8. Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Back into PSP, undo the constellation effect, redo but this time hit the random seed button. Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Back to PSP, undo again, this time redo hitting random seed again. Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Save your animation as a gif and you're all done. Thanks for trying my tutorial
