Grunge brush of choice
I used the beautiful art of Elias Chatzoudis. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1.Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Open up paper 9 in PSP and select your preset shape tool set to circle. Outer, white,inner change to pattern, set to paper 9, line width 5, draw out a large circle in the centre of your canvas. Objects,align, centre in canvas, convert to raster and add a drop shadow of choice. Close off paper 9 now.
2. Copy and paste my Summer Blonde Text as a new layer. Move it up and to the left slightly. Copy and paste a glitter of choice asa new layer. Move it over to the right slightly. Duplicate,image mirror, image flip.
3. Copy and paste swirl 2 as a new layer. Effects, Mura'sMeister - Copies with the following settings.
4. Copy and paste heart 2 as a new layer. Selections, select all, selections, float, selections, defloat, layers, new raster layer. Make your brush tool active and select a brush of choice. Change your material palette to pattern and select your tube. Brush some areas of your new layer until your happy. Selections, select none.
5. Make the heart layer active and duplicate it. Make the original active, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 10. Effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings.
Slice Size - 2
Offset - 2
Blend - 50
Horizontal checked
Lower the opacity down to around 50 or so.
6. Make the top layer active . Copy and paste frame 6 as a new layer and resize by 40%. Duplicate twice so you have 3 frames. Move the first one down and over to the left. Image, rotate, right 10 degrees. Move the next one down, and rotate left 10 degrees. Bring this layer to the top in your layers palette. Rotate the last one left 10 degrees also, and move into position. Make the top frame layer active and click inside it with yor magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 10. Click one of the other frames to make it active, hit delete on your keyboard, click the other one to make that active and then hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none. Hide all layers except the frames and merge frame layers visible. Unhide lall layers.
7. Click inside all 3 squares with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste a papaer of choice as a new layer and move it under the frame layer. Selections, invert, hit delte on your keyboard, selections, select noen.
8. Click inside the first square of your frame with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste a tube of choice as a new layer, place into position and once happy, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none. Repeat this step for the next 2 squares of your frame.
9. Add some embelishments of choice. Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.
10. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, save as a jpeg, and you're all done.
