I used the wonderful art of Mike James. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.
2. Copy and paste the masked layer as a new layer.
3. Copy and paste the trees as a new layer.
4. Copy and paste the black gate as a new layer, image resize by 180%. Effects, eye candy - 4000 - gradient glow, width - 3, colour - white. Apply the gradient glow twice, add a drop shadow of choice.
5. Copy and paste the umbrella as a new layer, with your selection tool, select the stem and colourise hue and saturation both - 0. Add a drop shadow.
6. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, effects, eye candy 4000 - gradient glow, width-3 colour, white. Repeat.
7. Add a drop shadow to your tube layer.
8. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, copy merged into animation shop as a new animation.
9. Hold ctrl, Alt and hit L on your keyboard until you have 20 frames.
10. Open up the animation,edit, select all, copy, on your tag, edit, select all, hold ctrl and E on your keyboard to paste the animation into your tag.
11. save as a gif and your all done.
