I used the beautiful art of Jessica Dougherty. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice, layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

2. Copy and paste my tag back as a new layer. Copy and paste my frame as a new layer and move it down slightly. Click inside the squares with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 5, add a new raster layer and fill with a light colour from your tube. Selections, select none, move this layer below the frame layer.

3. Make the frame layer active again, click inside the first square, selections, modify, expand by 5, copy and paste your tube of choice, and place the piece you want showing inside the marching ants, selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none. Move this layer under the frame layer, duplicate, image mirror. Repeat this step for the middle squares. Hide all other layers and merge these 4 tube layers visible. Unhide the other layers.

4. Duplicate this layer and on the original, not the duplicate, Effects, Toadies - Blast'em with the default settings. Back on your duplicate, effects, PhotoEffex - Scanlines, again use the default settings. Lower the opacity of this layer to around 90%

5. Make the frame layer active again and click inside both the end squares of your frame, selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer and fill black, selections, select none, move this layer down under your frame layer, reduce the opacity to 0 for now.

6. Copy and paste your tube and place into postition. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.

7. Hide your tube layer for now, copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation. Back into PSP, on the layer with 0 opacity, change this to 10, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Go back and change it to 20, continue to do this increasing by 10 degrees each time until you have 6 frames in animation shop, which should be at 50% opacity in PSP. In animation shop, edit, select all, copy, right click on your workspace in animation shop, paste as a new animation. Edit, select all, animation, reverse frames, edit copy. Back on your original animation, double click your last frame, edit, paste after current frame. Delete the frame 12 so you now have 11 frames.

8. Open up my clock animation, edit, select all, copy, click on your tag animation, edit, select all, hold down ctrl and hit E on your keyboard to paste it into your tag. Place it where it will be visible. Go back to PSP and copy your tube layer only, paste into animation shop as a new animation, hold down ctrl, shift and hit L on your keyboard until you have 11 frames, edit select all, copy. Make your tag animation active again and make sure all are selected, hold down ctrl and hit E on your keyboard to paste it into your tag. Once happy, save as a gif, and your all done.
