Supplies needed

Tube of choice
Font of choice
Pink Whisper - Freebie from Passionate Scraps
My Mask - here Mask 255
My Word Art - here

I used the beautiful art of Suzanne Woolcott. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer. Layers, new mask layer, from image. Look for my mask and hit OK. Delete the mask in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers. Resize masked layer by 80%.

2. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer and resize by 30%. Duplicate it 3 times so you have 4 copies. On the top layer, image, rotate, free rotate, right 12 degrees, move over to the top right of your masked area. Next frame, image, rotate, free rotate, left 12 degrees, move over to the top left. Next frame layer, image, rotate, free rotate, left 12 degrees again, move to the bottom right of your masked area. Next frame, image, rotate, free rotate, right 12 degrees, move to the bottom left. Add a slight drop shadow to all frame layers.

3. Make the top frame layer active, click inside it with the magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 5, click on the other frame layers one by one in the layers palette and delete the selected area. Selections, select none. Repeat this step using your freehand selection tool for the other frames. The magic wand wont work because the frames are no longer whole so the whole canvas will pretty much be selected lol.

4. Merge all frame layers together. Grab your magic wand and make sure the mode is set to add. Click inside all 4 frames, selections, modify, expand by 5. keep selected, copy and paste your image of choice as a new layer. Move it under your frame layer. Duplicate it if you want a piece hanging out of your frame, and hide the duplicate. make the original layer active, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none.

5. Make the duplicate active now, we need to select only the area that we want sticking out of the frame, ie, the foot. Bring this layer above the frame layer and lower the opacity to around 60% so you can see what you're doing. you should now have marching ants around only the area we are leaving out of the frame

Marching Ants

6. Selections, invert, hit delete on your keyboard, selections, select none.

7. Copy and paste the folded ribbon as a new layer and resize by 50%. Add a drop shadow of choice. Move it down towards the bottom of the frames.

8. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize as needed. Mine was resized by 70%.

9. Copy and paste my word art as a new layer. Add your copyright information, watermark and name, save as a jpeg, and you're all done.
