I used the beautiful art of Carlos Diez. You must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. Copy and paste the 'twilight frame' as a new layer. Duplicate, image, resize - 70%, image mirror. Place down and to the right slightly. Duplicate this smaller one by 70% also, image, mirror, place slightly to the left.

3. Copy and paste Melissa's Bow Ribbon as a new layer, resize by 70%, colourise and add a drop shadow. Place near the top of the frame.

4. Make the bottom layer active, add a new raster layer and fill with a dark colour from your tube. Layers, new mask layer, from image, look for my mask and hit ok. Delete this mask layer in the layers palette and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.

5. Make the twilight frame active and duplicate it.On the original, not the duplicate, adjust, blur, guassian blur - 20. Effects, penta.com - dots and crosses with the default settings.

6. Using your freehand selection tool, select one of the cardboard frames, copy and paste it as a new layer. Image, rotate, free rotate - 22.50. Colorise it and add a drop shadow. Place it into position, and once happy, duplicate, image mirror, image flip.

7. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer and add any drop shadows you like to use.

8. Add your copytight information, watermark, and name, save as a jpeg and your all done.
