The flower I used is available at PSP Playground for download.

I used the beautiful art of Jennifer Janesko. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 700x600 and fill white.

2. Copy and paste the masked layer as a new layer, copy and paste the black circle as a new layer.

3. Copy and paste the paper as a new layer. Duplicate twice. On the original, image, rotate, free rotate left 5%. On copy 1 of your paper, image, rotate, free rotate, right 5%.

4. Make your top paper active, copy and paste the blue flower as a new layer(Or flower of choice). Resize by 70% and colourise to suit. Image, rotate, free rotate left 90%. Duplicate, image, mirror, image, flip. Layers, merge down. Move this layer down under your papers and add a drop shadow.

5. Copy and paste a doodle of choice.

6. Copy and paste your tube of choice, bring it to the top and add a drop shadow. I resized mine by 90% at this point. If you need to delete any excess from your tube, follow the next few steps. Make the top paper active, selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat, selections, invert, make your tube layer active, hit delete on your keyboard. Selections, select none.

7. Duplicate your tube layer, resize by 80%, image mirror. Move it down and to the left slightly. Back on your original tube layer, change the properties to burn.

8. Copy and paste the tribal flower as a new layer, add a drop shadow and colourise to suit, place in the top left corner of your paper. Duplicate, image mirror, image flip.

9. Copy and paste the 'VooDoo' as a new layer and place at the bottom. Add your copyright information, watermark and name.

10. Make your merged flower layer active, effects, xenofex 2 - Constellation. On the settings tab, look for bling bling, make sure 'keep original image' is checked, lower the size of the star size to 2, leave all other settings as they are. Copy merged, paste into animation shop as a new animation.

11. Back in PSP, undo the constellation, redo but hit the random seed button, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Back in PSP, undo and redo again, but hit the random seed button again. Copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Ediot, select all, frame properties, change to 15. Save as a gif and your all done.
