I used the beautiful art of Sonia Roji. You must purchase a licence to use her art which can be done here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x500 and fill white.
2. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour from your tube, layers, new mask layer, from image. Select the mask provided. Delete the mask and answer yes to the question asked. Ungroup layers.
3. Copy and paste the black frame provided as a new layer and add adrop shadow of choice.
4. Diplicate this layer, and on the original, not the duplicate, effects, Toadies - What Are You... X and Y both set to 20. Duplicate this layer and again on the original, not the duplicate, effects, DSB Flux - Linear Transmission with the following settings
Slice size - 6
Offset - 4
Blend - 50
Vertical checked
5. Make your top circle layer active, effects, Mehdis weaver with the default settings.
6. Copy and paste the chained circle as a new layer. Copy and paste Melissas bow as a new layer, colorise and resize to suit.
7. Copy and paste Melissas doodle as a new layer and place it just above the masked layer, move it out to the left slightly.
8. Copy and paste your tube of choice and add drop shadow of choice.
9. Add your copyright information, watermark and name in a font of choice, save as a jpeg and your all done.
