I used the wonderful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done
here
Lets begin!
1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill with white
2. With your rectangle tool, and 2 colours from your tube, line width 5, draw out a rectangle slightly smaller than your tube in height, but wide enough to fit both her, and your name. convert to raster and add a drop shadow
3.Using the rectangle again and the same colours from your large rectangle, draw out a small square to the side of your rectangle, convert to raster and add a dropshadow. duplicate this twice so you have 3. space these out down the side of your tag, rotate them if you like, I rotated all by 8% , 1 to the right, 2 to the left
4. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow.
5. Click inside one of your small squares with your magic wand, again copy and paste your tube as a new layer, place the piece you want showing inside your marching ants, selections invert, then hit delete on your keyboard.
6. Repeat this step for the other 2 small squares. Hide your white layer, large rectangle and tube layer and merge the small squares visible.
7. Add a new raster layer and move this above your white background layer, add some brushes of choice to this layer.
8. Make your large rectangle active, effects, penta.com - jeans amount 13, border width 9
9. Make your small squares active, effects, penta.com, dots and crosses amount 72, cross distance 10, cross width 2
10. Make your brush layer active and with your rectangle tool, inner black or another colour of choice, draw out a rectangle, convert to raster then hit your raster deform tool, keep your finger on the Ctrl button and pull the bottom edges out to the side
11. Add some embelishments of choice to your tag
12. With your text tool, and a fat font, stroke width 2, any 2 colours from your tube, write out your name and convert to raster, add adrop shadow of choice. effects, penta.com, dots and crosses with the same settings as before
13. Duplicate as many times as you need to fill the side of your tag, I had 8 text layers.
14. On your black rectangle, write out your name bigger than previously, convert to raster, and repeat the raster deform as before, I added a gradient glow to mine, but this is not necessary. I now have 9 text layers
15. Add your copyright information and watermark, it's time to animate
Animation
1. Hide all text layers except the top one and copy merged, paste this into animation shop as a new animation.
2. back in PSP, hide this layer now, and unhide the next text layer, copy merged, back in animation shop, paste after current frame. Repeat this until you have all your text layers in animation shop.
3. Once you have your large text layer pasted into animation shop, go back into PSP and hide this layer, you should now have no text visible, copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame, go back into PSP and unhide your large text layer, again copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.
4. At this point I had 11 frames, but this will depend on how many text layers you have.
5. Edit, select all, frame properties, change these to 30, click on the last frame and change the frame properties to around 200 or so.
