Supplies needed

Tube of choice
Font of choice
Wheel, preset shape, and stars here
Eye candy 4000 gradient glow
Animation shop

I used the wonderful art of Armando Huerta, you must purchase a licence to use his art which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill with white.

2. Add your presetshape tool as a new layer, copy and paste your wheel as a new layer.

3. Copy and paste the small black star and place it on the wheel, duplicate the star and place it in several areas around your wheel.

4. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and add a gradient glow width 3, colour, a colour to compliment yout tube (at this point I erased some of the tubes leg to make it look like she had her leg through the wheel, but this is not neccessary)

5. With your rectangle tool, line width 0, inner colour black, draw out a rectangle at the botton of your tag, convert to raster and add the same gradient glow you added to your tube except make the glow width 9, move this layer underneath your wheel layer.

6. Add a drop shadow of H-0 V-0 Opacity 50, Blur 12 to this layer.

7. Copy and paste your large star as a new layer and move to the side of your black rectangle, duplicate and image, mirror.

8. Add your copyright information, watermark, and your name, copy mreged then open up animation shop, paste as a new animation.

9. Back in psp, make your preset shape layer active, image, rotate, free rotate, 10degrees right, copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame.

10. Edit select all, frame properties, change the number to around 25, save as a gif and your all done
