Supplies needed

Some tubes of choice( I used 3 in total)
Font of choice ( I used Dali )
Mask of choice
Musical accessories - I supplied them here
Toadies-Weaver
Penta.com - Dots and crosses
Animation shop

I used the wonderful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill with white.

2. Copy and paste of your tubes as new layers, hide your white background, and merge visible once happy with their position, unhide your white layer again.

3. Add a new raster layer and fill with a colour of choice, effects, penta.com, dots and crosses with the default settings.

4. Apply a mask of choice to this layer, delete, and click yes to the question asked, ungroup layers. lower the opacity to around 60% or so.

5. Hide your white layer, and merge visible, unhide your white layer, resize your mask layer by around 85% and duplicate, on the duplicate not the copy, effects, toadies weaver, cell width - 103, cell height - 25, cell edges on/off - 222, lower the opacity to around 50%, hide white layer, and merge visible.

6. Open your musical accessories and copy and paste them over as new layers, placing them wherever you like, leave the lights for now.

7. Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.

8. Now copy and paste the chrome pole over as a new layer and place near the top of your tag, copy and paste the lights one at a time over to your tag and place them in position near each end of the pole.

9. Add your copyright information, your watermark, and your name at this point, it's time to animate.

10. Copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation

11. back to psp and move both your lights in towards the centre of your tag, and lower the opacity of your merged mask layer to around 70%, copy merged and take back tp animation shop and paste after current frame.

12. back to psp and again move your lights in towards the centre of your tag, lower the opacity of your merged mask layer down to around36%, copy merged and back in animation shop, paste after current frame.

13. In animation shop, you now have 3 frames, go back to frame 2 and double click on it to make it avtive, copy, double click on frame 3 now, and paste after current frame.

14. Edit, select all, frame properties I changed to 30, save as a gif and your all done
