I used the wonderful art of Keith Garvey. You must purchase a licence to use his art, which can be done here

Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill with white.

1. Open a new canvas 600x600 and fill white.

2. With a tattoo font of choice, and 2 colours from your tube, draw out a shape you like, convert to raster and add a drop shadow of choice.

3. Duplicate this layer, and on the original, not the copy, effects, Toadies - What are you with the default settings.

4. Effects, filter Factory Gallery B - Accelerating Daisies also with the default settings.

5. Click insode your shape, copy and paste your tube as a new layer inside it, selections invert, hit delete on your keyboard. lower the opacity to around 50%, hide your white layer, and your original, merge these 2 visible.

6. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer now and place her where she looks good, add a drop shadow, and if you can, delete some of her so she looks like shes got her legs going through parts oif the shape.

7. Add some embelishments to your tag, add copyright info, your watermark and name, now its time to animate.

8. make your wavy shape active, effects, dsb flux, bright noise - 30 - click mix once, copy merged and paste into animation shop as a new animation.

9. Back in psp, undo the bright noise, effects, dsb flux - bright noise again, this time, hit mix twice, copy merged, back into animation shop and paste after current frame.

10. Back in psp, undo again, and repeat the bright noise this time hit mix 3 times, back in animation shop and paste after current frame.

Save as a gif and your all done.
